Term & Conditions of Warranty
Mileage
For new bike
1st 1000km, 2nd 3000km and follow whichever addition 2000km. This servicing maintenance must be carried out according to the mileage shown. (Please follow you servicing manual, all bikes have a different intervals)
The warranty will be activated upon vehicle registration when you purchase the ZONTES motorcycle, you will receive a standard 3 years engine warranty or 30 000km and 2 years electronic parts warranty or 20 000km (whichever comes first). Report to any of our ZONTES location or contact us for any inquiry or request.
Servicing is to be done at our dealer shop. This is necessary as in the event of a warranty claim, it is proof that all mandatory maintenance has been done.
Warranty Void
Bike modified, neglected servicing or maintenance, and dismantled.
The warranty will expire after improper use or failure to carry out maintenance services.
Wear and tear part, motorcycle have been tuned, accident damage, corrosion or vehicles which is used for off-road use and neglect servicing are Excluded from Warranty
